We received 77 responses. Thank you to all who helped us by filling out the survey. We have tallied the results and will now incorporate them into our talk on Mission.
We were very impressed by the faithful and thoughtful responses. We were inspired by the ways in which the respondents are living their faith in outreach and hunger for personal spirituality and community.
When asked what they would like to see changed in our church here were the main issues: married priesthood, ordination of women, inclusivity of gay and lesbian people, less emphasis on orthodoxy, more emphasis on justice issues and the over all lack of relevance of the church to today’s culture, especially their age group.
